MOE Financial Assistance Scheme

Singapore Citizens in government, government-aided, specialized, and some independent schools who are in financial need can get assistance from MOE on school fees and other expenses.

Eligibility and benefits of the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE-FAS) are available on the MOE Financial Assistance website.

DigitalAccess@Home

DigitalAccess@Home provides subsidised broadband and laptops/tablets to lower-income households to support their lifestyle needs, including work and social activities.

Low-income households living in HDB flats with at least one Singapore Citizen are eligible to apply for DigitalAccess@Home.
