The Co-Curriculum
The co-curriculum is an integral part of the Pasirian Experience, providing students with meaningful opportunities to discover their strengths, develop leadership, and build character. Through a diverse range of Co-Curricular Activities and Character and Citizenship Education programmes, students cultivate essential skills, values, and dispositions that prepare them to become confident learners, caring citizens, and lifelong contributors to the community.
Overview
The Co-Curriculum is an integral part of the Pasirian Experience. At Pasir Ris Secondary School, we place equal emphasis on the co-curriculum, where two key pillars, Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and Character and Citizenship Education (CCE), provide meaningful opportunities for students to develop and apply essential skills, values, and attitudes.
Our wide range of CCAs comprises 16 activities across four groups such as Aesthetics, Sports, Uniformed Groups, and Clubs, catering to students' diverse interests and strengths.
Character and Citizenship Education complements students' development through multiple learning platforms, focusing on key areas such as Cyber Wellness (CW), Education and Career Guidance (ECG), National Education (NE), and Values in Action (VIA). Together, CCA and CCE nurture confident, resilient, and responsible Pasirians who are prepared for the future.
