Principal's Welcome Message
Dear Parents and Sec 1 (2026) Pasirians,
Welcome to Pasir Ris Secondary School (PRSS)! My team and I look forward to meeting all of you when the 2026 academic year starts. For Pasirians, we will see each other on 2 January 2026, 7:30 a.m. in your PE T-shirt and school shorts/skirt.
Before that, I seek your help to complete the registration procedures by following the steps below; and also taking note of key information by clicking on the following links.
Registration
1. The most important information is found via the Administrative Matters link. Please go through the information that includes:
a. Purchase of school books and uniforms;
b. School smart card for concessionary travel;
c. Canteen stalls and e-payment; and
d. The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme
2. Compulsory registration form. Complete this form as we will need this information to prepare for your orientation camp.

3. The first day of school and Sec 1 Camp programme information gives an overview of the things to bring on Friday, 2 January 2026, and the exciting camp activities from Wednesday to Friday, 7 – 9 January 2026.
4. School rules are important to maintain a caring and supportive school environment. Please go through the school rules with your child.
5. We have also curated more information on the school which includes:

6. On Monday, 22 December 2025, parents will receive a form via Parents Gateway (PG) for the procurement of the Personal Learning Device (PLD). Do complete the form by Monday, 5 January 2026.
7. In the coming days, some of you will also be receiving information via Parents’ Gateway (PG) on offering some of your subjects at a more demanding level, and on offering Higher Mother Tongue languages. Do look out for this message.
8. We will also be inviting parents to come to school for a face-to-face gathering on Friday, 9 January 2026, 6.00 p.m., as part of the orientation activities. Please join us if you can; further information will be shared with you soon.
Just like the incoming Pasirians, I am new to PRSS and will officially join the school as Principal on Thursday, 1 January 2026. I am excited to walk with you on this new journey in secondary school.

School Transfer Appeals
Students with extenuating circumstances such as serious medical conditions or severe physical impairments may appeal for a transfer. Appeals must be made at the posted school by 22 Dec, 12.00 p.m.
Students who wish to appeal for a school transfer on non-medical grounds must meet the school’s cut-off point (COP). Appeals can be submitted online via the ‘S1 Appeal Transfer Form’ available on the school website by 22 Dec, 5.00pm.
